WU Ding-chu,was born in 1951,in Leshan of Sichuan. He is a professor of the college of the educational science,an ad hoc professor of Sichuan Normal University,an academic leader of The Basic Principle of Education---the key discipline of Sichuan Province,an academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province,a member of the committee for appraising (examining) experts of Sichuan Province and enjoying the government’s special allowance by the State Council.

In recent 20 years, he has chaired or participated in a number of national and provincial research projects, published more than 10 academic works in the filed of Education Principles and dozens of papers on Chinese or foreign academic journals, such as (CHINA)Frontiers of Education in China,(USA)Nova Science Publishers, Educational Research, Chinese Society of Education, Teacher Education Research etc, nearly 10 achievements have been awarded outstanding achievement award of the Ministry of Education or Sichuan Province.
